This is a recipe for equating My Documents on your desktop with your Network Drive and synchronizing the two.

  1. Place My Documents on the Desktop. While you're there consider whether you'd like My Computer placed on the desktop.
  2. Right click on My Documents
  3. Replace the contents of the target box with h:\
  4. Click OK
  5. When it asks you whether you'd like to move your files, answer Yes.
  6. Right Click on H:\ (via My Computer) and choose Make Available Offline
  7. Click Ok, confirming you want to include subfolders.
